Ingredients
6 chicken leg quarters
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 3 limes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
1 sazon packet
1 salad and vegetable seasoning packet
3 tbsp oil
Dash of salt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Make the marinade
In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, sazon, salad and vegetable seasoning, oil, and salt. Stir to combine.
Prep the chicken
Make shallow slices in the chicken leg quarters.
